Expert Sign is published by Julien Meyer (jmApp). This policy explains what the app does with your data.
The documents you open, the signatures you draw or import and the signed files you produce are processed and stored only on your device. They are never uploaded to our servers. When you share a signed document, it goes only where you send it.
If you have not purchased Expert Sign Plus, the app shows ads served by Google AdMob. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, a consent form from Google lets you accept or refuse personalised advertising. On iOS, the advertising identifier (IDFA) is only used if you allow tracking in the system prompt. AdMob may collect device identifiers, coarse location derived from the IP address, and ad interaction data. Expert Sign Plus removes all ads.
None of these services receive the content of your documents or your signatures.
Expert Sign Plus is a one-time in-app purchase processed by Apple. We never see your payment details.
You can refuse tracking in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking, and change your advertising consent from the consent form. Deleting the app deletes your signatures and documents from the device.
Expert Sign is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
