Privacy Policy — Android Lode Runner

This privacy policy applies to the mobile game Android Lode Runner (the "App"), published on Google Play under the developer name jmApp and on the Apple App Store under the developer name Julien Meyer.

The App is a single-player platform game. It does not require an account, and it does not ask you for your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, location or any other personal information. This page explains what data is nevertheless processed by the App and by the third-party services it embeds, and why.

1. Data the App stores on your device

Your progress (levels unlocked, high scores, sound settings) and whether you have purchased the "No Ads forever" option are stored locally on your device only. This data never leaves your device and is deleted when you uninstall the App.

2. Data collected by third-party services

The App integrates the following third-party software development kits (SDKs). They may collect the data listed below, under their own privacy policies:

None of this data is sold. It is not used to identify you personally, and it is not combined with any account information, since the App has none.

3. Advertising and your choices

Ads are served by Google AdMob and may be personalised based on your advertising ID. You can limit ad personalisation or reset your advertising ID at any time:

Purchasing "No Ads forever" removes all advertising from the App permanently.

4. Log data

When the App crashes or an error occurs, the analytics services above may record technical information such as your device model, operating system version, the App version, the time of the error and the state of the App. This information is used only to find and fix bugs.

5. Data retention

The App itself keeps no data about you on any server. Data collected by the third-party services listed above is retained according to their own policies; analytics data is typically retained for up to 14 months (Firebase) and can be deleted on request by contacting us.

6. Children's privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13 (or the age of digital consent in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

7. Security

All communication between the App and the services above uses encrypted connections (HTTPS). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR and similar laws you have the right to access, correct or delete personal data concerning you, and to object to its processing. Since the App holds no personal data on its own servers, such requests concern the third-party services listed above; we will help you exercise your rights with them. Write to jadeware@gmail.com.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes are published on this page with a new "last updated" date and take effect immediately.
